Admission 2002 ( O2 Batch)

It's time to get set and go for prospective O2 batchers.
What is at stake?

This year 105 boys and 25 girls will be selected for the MBBS course ( Yes thats the way we ensure thats the gals are looked after !!)

Method of Selection ?

An competitive written test would be held on 05 May 2002. There are a whole lot of centers across the country. The test would comprise apart from Biology, Physics and Chemistry, some questions on Intelligence, Reasoning and English Language Comprehension. Those selected would be called for interview at PUNE in June 2002.

Application Form

The prospectus and application forms can be purchased for Rs 155/- at certain Head/ Central Post Offices. The list of post offices where the forms would be available is given in the advt. The forms would be available from 26th Dec 2001 till stocks last or 16 Feb 2002 whichever is earlier.
The form can also be obtained by post from " Officer-in-Charge (Admission-Cell), Armed Forces Medical College, Pune 411040 on payment of Rs 155/- per copy only by Bank Draft on any nationalised bank payable at Pune in favor of Commandant, AFMC, Pune. Certain other things to e submitted along when asking for the application form by post ( incl a stamped self addresed envelope) can be read from the advts. Request for Prospectus by post will be till 4 pm 25 Jan 2002 only.
Completed forms must reach Officer-in-Charge (Admission-Cell), Armed Forces Medical College, Pune 411040 latest by 4pm on 18th Feb 2002.
